Troubleshooting Desktop Sales Forecasting

The Lokad authentication has failed.
You have correctly entered your email login and password (the same that you are using to log into our
web application, yet, you get an error message
The Lokad authentication has failed. This situation typically happens when a
firewall is blocking outgoing connections. Make sure the application is authorized to connect to the network.
Commerce connection failed
If you are using the
OsCommerceProvider, please make sure that your MySQL database is remotely accessible. You can use a (free) tool such as
SQLyog to verify that the MySQL database associated to your eCommerce is remotely accessible. If your database is NOT remotely accessible, then you can use a small PHP script named
LokadWebApiProvider as a workaround for this issue.
